Write to [email protected]. It is a real mailbox that a person reads, and replies usually go out within two or three working days.

Good reasons to write ​

• A figure, a ratio or a stroke order in an article is wrong. Send the entry address and the sentence, and the source for your correction if you have one.
• You want a particular character or stroke covered. Tell us the glyph, the hand (regular script, running script, copperplate) and what specifically you are stuck on.
• A printed worksheet misbehaves — wrong cell size, scaled page, rules too dark or too light. Include the printer model and the paper weight.
• Republishing, quoting and commercial enquiries.

Poor reasons to write ​

We do not appraise calligraphy, authenticate rubbings or price writing materials, and we do not take on ghost-writing or engraving work. For wrist or hand pain caused by grip and long sessions, see a doctor or a physiotherapist — it is not something we are qualified to advise on.

Data and privacy ​
